Who are the Young Adults at Westminster?

Are you in your 20s or 30s? Do you desire Christian community with others your age? Are you single or married? Westminster Presbyterian church is committed to its young adults (the fastest growing group in the church!). With staff dedicated to support of and ministry with young adults, our program may be just what you're looking for! Our group focuses on finding a balance between fellowship, service, and study. There are monthly brunches and seasonal education opportunities, as well as many ways to get involved with our congregational mission projects with other young adults. For more information on this group and its activities, contact Associate Pastor Casey FitzGerald.

**We also offer programming for parents of young children. Click HERE to learn more about our support of young families!

Young Adult Bible Study

Sundays, March 10-May 19
9:45 - 10:45 a.m.

Creation Station Computer Room (3rd Floor)

Gather each week (Palm Sunday and Easter excluded) to study scripture together! The curriculum is lectionary based (the lectionary is a three-year cycle of readings from scripture that we largely use for our sermons/services)…which means that often we will study the text to be preached at the service! These will be stand-alone studies—meaning if you have to miss, don’t worry!

Faith on Tap

tapbeer_FOT

Calling all young adults yearning for exciting faith-based discourse and perhaps a malty beverage or fountain soda!  If you're interested, we usually meet on the second Tuesday of each month.  We'll provide the appetizers; you provide the scintillating conversation (and a few dollars for your beverage of choice).  If you would like to join us, please contact  Casey FitzGerald for more information.

Next meeting: Tuesday, April 9
Faith on Tap is held at 7:30 p.m. at Capitol City Brewing Company in Shirlington.

Young Adult Small Groups

Each group participates in study, worship, service and fellowship as a part of their group experience.  If you are interested in joining a group, or are willing to lead a group, please contact Casey FitzGerald
